View and manage your roles across different organizations and teams.

Current Organization Memberships

View all organizations you belong to and your role within each.

Membership Overview

Your membership dashboard displays:

  • Organization Name: The name of each organization you belong
  • Your Role: Your specific role (Owner, Admin, Member)
  • Join Date: When you became a member
  • Status: Active, pending, or any restrictions

Review your current organization memberships in the table

Click View Details next to any organization to see:

  • Your specific permissions
  • Team members and their roles
  • Organization projects you can access

Use Manage for organizations where you have admin privileges

Understanding Roles

Organization-Level Roles

Owner

Full control of everything. Manages billing, adds/removes anyone, and controls all projects.

  • Billing and subscription management
  • Add/remove any team member
  • Create and delete projects
  • Change organization settings

Admin

Creates and manages projects. Invites team members and configures settings.

  • Create and manage projects
  • Invite team members
  • Configure project settings
  • View usage analytics

Member

Works on assigned projects only. Can create content but can't manage the organization.

  • Access assigned projects
  • Upload and manage media
  • Create content within projects
  • View project analytics

Project-Level Permissions

Within each project, you may have additional specific permissions:

  • Media Upload: Create and upload new content
  • Media Management: Edit and delete existing content
  • Feed Management: Create and configure content feeds
  • Analytics Access: View project performance data
  • Settings Access: Modify project configuration

Changing Your Role

Only organization Owners and Admins can modify member roles. Contact your organization administrator if you need different permissions.

Leaving an Organization

Navigate to the organization you want to leave

Click Leave Organization in the membership actions

Confirm your decision:

  • Review what access you'll lose
  • Consider transferring any personal projects
  • Confirm with organization administrators if needed

Before Leaving

  • Owners: Transfer ownership before leaving
  • Active Projects: Complete or transfer any critical work
  • Billing Access: Ensure continuity for paid plans

Membership Notifications

Control how you receive updates about your memberships:

  • Role Changes: Notifications when your permissions are modified
  • New Projects: Alerts when you're added to projects
  • Team Updates: Member additions, removals, and role changes
  • Organization News: Important announcements and policy changes

Go to Membership → Notification Preferences

Track your recent membership-related activities:

  • Project access changes

Access History

View your access patterns:

  • Organizations joined and left
  • Role changes over time
  • Project assignments
  • Permission modifications

Regular review of your membership activity helps ensure you have appropriate access levels and can identify any unauthorized changes.

Troubleshooting Membership Issues

Common Issues

Can't access a project:

  1. Verify your organization membership status
  2. Check project-specific permissions
  3. Contact your organization admin

Missing permissions:

  1. Review your current role
  2. Check if permissions were recently changed
  3. Request access from organization owners/admins

Organization not appearing:

  1. Check pending invitations
  2. Verify email address match
  3. Contact the organization administrator
