Account & Settings

Manage your personal information, account details, and basic preferences.

Access your general settings by navigating to Account Settings → General Settings from your profile menu.

Personal Information

Keep your details up to date so teammates and organizations can identify you easily.

About You

Display Name: Your name shown to other organization members

  • Click the edit icon next to your name to modify it
  • Appears in team lists, comments, and shared projects

Username: Your unique identifier (e.g., ayaaakinleye)

  • Click the edit icon to change your username
  • Used in URLs and for team identification

Account Email

Your email address is your login and is used for account notifications.

Enter your new email address in the Account Email section.

Click Update or Save Changes

Check your inbox for a verification email

  • Status shows "Pending" until verified
  • Click Resend if you don't receive it

Your email is visible to organization admins and may be used for invitations or account recovery.

Account Preferences

Set your preferred language, region, and notifications.

Language & Region

  • Language: Interface language (currently English)
  • Timezone: Used for activity timestamps and billing cycles
  • Date Format: How dates appear across the interface

Notification Preferences

Control how you receive updates about your account and projects:

  • Email Notifications: Project billing and security updates
  • In-App Notifications: Real-time alerts while logged in
  • Team Communications: Mentions, invitations, and collaboration updates

To customize notifications for specific organizations, go to the Membership section.

Account Status

Check your current account status and any required actions:

  • Verification Status: Email verification and profile completion
  • Account Type: Personal or organization-managed
  • Account Limitations: Temporary restrictions or pending actions

Export Account Data

Download a copy of your account information and activity:

Go to Account Management → Request Data Export

Choose what data to include:

  • Profile information and settings
  • Project and media activity logs
  • Organization memberships and roles

You'll receive a download link via email within 24 hours
