Manage payment methods and access your billing history.

Payment Methods

Current Payment Method

Your active payment method is displayed in the billing dashboard, showing:

  • Card Type: Visa, Mastercard, etc.
  • Last 4 Digits: For security, only the last 4 digits are shown
  • Expiration Date: Month and year when the card expires

Updating Payment Information

Navigate to Project Settings → Billing.

In the Payment Method section, click Update Payment Method.

Enter your new card details and billing address.

Click Save to update your payment information.

Supported Payment Options

RIXL accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards: Cards with major network logos
  • International Cards: Multi-currency support for global users

Payment information is securely processed and encrypted. Card details are never stored on RIXL servers.

Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

If a payment fails, you'll receive immediate notification and have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue.

Common solutions:

  1. Verify Card Details: Check card number, expiration, and CVV
  2. Confirm Billing Address: Must match your card's registered address
  3. Check Bank Restrictions: Some banks block international transactions
  4. Sufficient Funds: Ensure adequate account balance
  5. Try Alternative Card: Use a different payment method

Service may be suspended after the 7-day grace period if payment issues aren't resolved.

Invoices

Your Invoice History

Find your invoices in the Recent Invoices section:

  • Invoice number (INV-001, INV-002, etc.)
  • Date created
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Download button

Download Invoices

Find the invoice you want
Click Download in the Actions column
PDF downloads to your device

Each invoice includes:

  • Billing period dates
  • Monthly subscription fee
  • Any overage charges
  • Taxes
  • Payment method used

Email Notifications

You'll get emails for:

  • New invoices
  • Successful payments
  • Failed payments
  • Payment retries
